At Grace Doula, my goal is to support your family during this sweet and vulnerable time! It is a privilege and joy to work alongside families as they welcome new life into the world! Prenatal and postnatal support looks different for everyone, so I am so excited to work alongside your dreams and hopes for this season!

  • $900

    The First 7 days post delivery (or any week with a newborn!) can be greatly blessed with extra hands to support! In those first 7 days, mama needs rest and lots of bonding time with baby.

    36 hours of support

    Hours used within 5-9 days

    *All shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours

  • The Postpartum care package is made to fit your families hours, and needs.

    12 Hours for $300

    24 Hours for $600

    Hours to be used within 4 weeks

    Packages can be bought and booked as many times as your family sees fit!

    *All shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours

  • This package allows for hours of support as needed! Hours can be added onto other packages, as well as we can work together to make a custom plan that fits your families needs!

    $27/Hour

    $32/Hour Overnight support (minimum 7 hour shift)

    *All shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours

  • Providing Nesting and Bed Rest support, as well as making space to mentally prepare for delivery.

    $27/Hour

    or 12/24 hour package deal

    *All shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours

  • My Role as your Labour and Delivery Doula is to help prepare you to welcome your baby into the world, to make space for your desires in the delivery room, to empower and equip mom and partner!

    During Prenatal visits, space is made to talk about previous births, desires for this birth, and expectations. We will go over birthing locations, comfort techniques, and what actually happens to your body during pregnancy, labour, birth and post partum!

    Birth Support includes 2 Prenatal visits, on call For Birth (36-42 weeks), 1 Post partum visit.

    $700

PostPartum/Prenatal Practical Supports

  • *all supports can include, but are not limited to:

  • Newborn care and education (soothing, bathing, changing, feeding)

  • Breast Feeding Support

  • Sleep support - for baby & parents

  • Preparing meals and snacks 

    • Freezer Stocking, Day/week meal prep, grab and go snacks

  • Light housework & organizing (baby laundry, dishes, etc)

  • Grocery shopping/meal planning

  • Community referrals/references

  • Family Support - Older children assistance

  • Errands as needed

  • Access to growing Book library

  • Text, email and phone support - while we work together, as well as for up to 2 months, once our time is over!

  • Overnight Support

  • *Free 30 minute meet and greet, prior to any bookings

Labour & Delivery

  • Two Prenatal visits - to go over birth wishes/expectations and how to prepare

  • Unlimited phone/email contact - from hiring to final post partum visit

  • Comfort tools for labour

  • Continuous emotional and physical support for mom and partner during labour

  • 1 post partum Visit

  • Iphone photography (If desired)
